Membership records will kept and updated yearly by the membership secretary\, who will keep the records secure by the means of password protected files and following all GDPR guidelines. \n3.d The safeguarding officer will ensure venues safeguarding policy is adhered to. \nWe have had feedback on the amendment \n\nSAFEGUARDING                                                                                                                         a. The Committee shall appoint one of its members to act as Safeguarding Officer for the Society.                                                                                                              b.
